How long does delivery take once I place my order?

Orders sent by standard or registered post take between 1 to 3 days to be delivered.

We aim to dispatch all orders received and paid for before 3pm on the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday where Monday falls on a Bank Holiday).

How much does delivery cost?

We use An Post standard post and registered post with signature at the published rates on their website.

Small items like single batteries, single atomisers will be delivered by standard post and a signature will not be required. Large items or a cart value in excess of €20 will be sent by Registered Post.

Orders in excess of €100 will not incur a delivery charge, and will be delivered by Registered Post.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

All deliveries sent by Registered Post must be signed for. Please ensure somebody will be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your order. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs of re-delivering the item. The item will be returned to the An Post depo and remain for 3 days before being returned. You must collect the item from the depot within this time period.

Delivery Tracking?

Deliveries by Registered Post can be tracked online. You will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery once your order has been dispatched. This can also be viewed by logging into your account and checking your order screen.

Do you deliver outside of Ireland?

We currently deliver within Ireland only. However we do hope to expand to the greater EU. Should you require delivery from an EU country please contact us with your request.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by Credit Card, or using your PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to use Paypal, you can pay with your credit card. Simply follow the instructions once you get to the PayPal page. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. We hope to accept Laser cards later next year. If you do not have use of a credit card please send us an e-mail and we will arrange to accept a postal order for your purchase.We are fully verified by PayPal.
